How to Join

Please check the details below. It’s most sensible to start at the beginning of a new term, otherwise you will be joining when we are part way through learning songs. However if you would like to join now do get in touch. If you want to ask a question do contact Rachel. If you want to join at the start of next term, please sign up using this link for Summer term 2024. You’ll find more information about the coming term on this link too.

Rehearsals

When

Rehearsals are on Wednesdays during term time in Faringdon United Church. There are 2 sessions to help you fit the rehearsal into your schedule. We cover the same material in each session so if you can’t make your normal session you can always come to the other! The afternoon session is from 2.30 till 4pm, the evening one is from 6 till 7.30pm

How much it costs and how to pay

Subscriptions are paid termly and are based on the length of term. Each session is £4. For new members it is possible to come for just one session as a trial, then you pay the remainder if you choose to continue.

You can pay by direct bank transfer, cheque, card or cash.

What you’ll get

• A folder to keep your music
• Printed words (with the music notation for your line)
• Access to the full scores if you’d like them, online. 
• Access to the audio files for each vocal part. 
• Access to the website members area with all info on rehearsals and any upcoming performances. 

COVID precautions

As restrictions are now few in public life, the choir has now relaxed our precautions. We are, however, still endeavouring to keep everyone safe so the following guidelines still stand
